Andy has over 19 years’ experience primarily focusing on water infrastructure replacement. He is experienced in managing and deploying line stopping and hot-tapping technology and has been involved in the evolution of the equipment in use today. Andy’s collaborative leadership skills and solution-oriented approach ensure the most complex of infrastructure replacement projects are successfully complete with the highest regard to safety and quality. Andy’s history in water authorities has also provided in depth knowledge of network management, including leak detection, valve and pipeline repairs, and maintenance.
